Westgate koenig is committed to a strong safety program that protects our employees, subcontractors, clients, and the public from accidents on our jobsites. We take a pro-active approach to safety, and view the WorkSafe BC Regulations as a minimum standard by which to conduct ourselves. We have developed a reputation as a construction firm that takes site safety very seriously, and are intolerant of individuals who might endanger themselves or others on our jobsites. On every jobsite we develop a site specific safety program that includes conducting safety orientations for all workers on site, holding weekly toolbox meetings, and performing daily site safety inspections. Westgate Koenig has developed close ties with WorkSafe BC and regularly confer with their inspection staff to review site safety procedures and operations.
